How Can An Itchy And Dry Spot On The Butt-cheek Be Treated?

Hi there, I have a dry spot on my buttcheek, on the lower, inner side. It is very dry and itchy and it has cracked and has flakey skin. It also is a bit raised and white. I have tried bathing with Epsom salts, chamomile, put Vaseline, zinc oxide cream, and Eucerin on it. I also try to expose it to the air and sunlight which makes it seem a bit better temporarily, but it is getting worse overall. What can I use?

it is most probably fungal infection. apply candid ointment maintain cleanliness and hygiene apply candid powder after bath use ordinary soap . no special aplication is requered.
