How Can An Itchy And Red Rash On The Chest Area Be Treated?

I have a rash that is from just below my hairline down to the top of my shoulders and on my chest down to above my breasts. It itches and is red in color. I haven t been feeling that great for about a week but have fibromyalgia. I haven t been using anything new except Rodan and Fields face products but there is no rash on my face at all.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as tinea corporis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily on it.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
