Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Perhaps you have eczematous dermatitis/atopic eczema. I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer, e.g., Aquaphor or Vaseline, regularly, 2 to 3 times a day. In addition, you can apply a topical steroid, e.g., Mometasone furoate 0.1% cream or Triamcinolone Acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily for a few weeks. Also you can take an oral antihistamine, e.g., Cetirizine tablet once every evening for symptomatic relief from itching.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Kakkar S.
