How Can An Itchy Rash On The Hand Be Treated?

I have a rash on both hands, it first started with my left hand. I have tried different cremes that my doctor has given me. One is Nystatin, which seems to help, but hasn t cleared it up. It becomes very itchy at times, and seems to somewhat reaarange the blood vessels in my hands.

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed scabies.
It presents with itch usually in between fingers.
It can be treated with the use of 5 % permethrin cream as a single application.
You can meet a doctor and get yourself examined.
