Hello,

If the rash is spreading then it can become an abscess and can lead to more problems. Kindly get it examined and regular dressings are necessary along with oral antibiotics full course.

If I were a treating physician then I would have prescribed you augmentin thrice daily to counteract the infection. if any pain then I would have prescribed you some painkillers like tramadol, diclofenac, etcetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
