How Can An Ovarian Cyst Be Treated?

Hi I have an ovarian cyst 3.5 cm in the left side my doctor give me primolut 3 tablets per day and I breastfeeding he told me don t stop but I see on the prospect I can t breastfeeding if I take this tablets can u please help me told me if I can or not? Many thanx

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
This is medications which passes into breast milk and there is a possibility that it ma reach baby organism on this way so it is not recommended to breastfeed if you are taking Primolut. However,some serious side effects are not reported and this is maybe what your doctor thinks. My advice is to finish with primolut course and when cysts shrink hen continue with brastfeeding.
