How Can An Ovarian Cyst Be Treated?

hello doctor, i am a female born on 18th oct 1986.recently since may i have irregular periods as i had taken i pill. since then every month till july i am having periods twice thrice in a month. so last saturday i visited the doctor. he told me to do ultrasound. it was diagnosed like i am having tumour (small cyst)in left ovary and intramural myoma. what is that? do i need to undergo operation? how it happens

no you don't have to go for surgery. as ovarian cysts are very common in your age group. and intramural are benign timours of uterus mymometrim that means muscle layer. commonly called as fibroid. if smaller in size, it doesn't cause any harm. but if it grows larger and started to have complaints then you might need to go for surgery.
