Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The antenatal ultrasound is quite normal except for cord loops near the feral neck. The loops are not around the neck. You can take a repeat USG after two to three weeks, if the cords are around fetal neck it can cause distress in baby and in that case cesarean section may be needed. As of now relax and no need to worry. If you feel like decreased fetal movements, rush to your gynecologist immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
