How Can Anal Fistula Be Treated?

Hi, I am suffering from anal fistula from last to months.it does not pain too much. once in 3-4 days when the bowl with puss form it pains and also ichies.when the puss relises it stopped paining.i don t want to go for surgery.is there any home remedies to treat this problem fully.
