welcome to Health care magic.
1.According to the symptoms it could be anal fissure ( generally with strip of bleed when passing stools), Haemorrhoids (out growth seen, can push back in early stages)
2.Depending on the stage the treatment depends on.
3.You can ask her to try Sitz bath - sitting in a tub with warm water for 15 - 20 minutes ( many patients says its helpful in pain/irritation relief )
4.And try maintain hygiene.
5.Actually in early stages there if nothing much to treat, you have to maintain the diet, avoid spicy and junk food. Hope it helps.
Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
