How Can Anal Stenosis And Constipation Be Treated?

It is a tad complicated... I have an apt with dr tomorrow... however, Id be interested in a diagram which shows the elimination system and how it is parallel to the female system.I ve had anal stenosis for decades and it has been increasing in difficulty to have BMs right now, I feel that there is obstruction which seems to be oozing over into the adjacent area and if I had a diagram, I d know better which part is being invaded.. sounds yucky.. and it is :)

Hi,

The diagram is not possible here, as there is no option of attachment in open forum questions, yes you can opt for a private consultation where there is a facility of all types of attachments of files.

So far as symptoms narrated here, there seem to be haemorrhoids with or without narrowing of the anal canal. Primary evaluation with a consultant surgeon and management in respect to that is advisable.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
