How Can Anemia Due To Bleeding Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I have been very anemic for a few years due to bleeding hemmroids. I have been taking liquid iron 325mg 3xs a day. I was doing a lot better got the situation under control. Went down to taking the iron once a day. I haven t needed any iron for months now. My count was a 15 two months ago. Started feeling low again a few days ago took a dose of iron & it made my tongue feel funny am I now allergic to iron ?

No, I don't think you are. iron is a natural micronutrient and nobody is allergic to it I think. Besides that, if your bleeding is under control and you have taken iron for an adequate amount of time it should be fine.
