General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Consult an endocrinologist and get evaluated. As the pituitary has been gone you may experience hormonal imbalances and it has to be corrected accordingly.

You can also go for a blood routine and correct the hemoglobin if you are deficient.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
