Hi sir…..my dad 55yrs old have got angina attack 2 days back..he is a non smoker,non drinker,non diabetic..not obese….but is a HTN patient from 15 years n is irregular in taking medicines…CPK-MB is positive..normal brain CT…normal echo…..but angiogram shows plaque accumulation in mid LAD,aprox 80%........can it b treated by medicines only…or he has to go for angioplasty…or bypass……kindly tell me as soon as possible…thanx
