How Can Ankle Pain Caused By An Injury Be Treated?
I hit my ankle 4 wks ago and because I could walk on it I didn t think it was broken. This is the 4th wk and I m still in a lot of pain and still can t put all of my weight on it. I ve been icing it and keeping it wrapped. Do you think I should have a dr look at it or should I wait it out?

Hello, If pain is persistent, plus there is pain pressure on swollen are and difficulty to bear weight, it is advisable to seek the advise of an orthopedic doctor A simple X- ray may reveal if there is fracture. $ weeks is a fairly long time for pain to remain. Thanks
