How Can Ankle Swelling With Walking Difficulties Due To Injury Be Treated?

hi , about 2 weeks i twisted my ankle when i was out partying it was swolen for 3 days i put ice and fastum gel . It got much better but when last sunday i wore high heels again i could nt walk in ...... i usually wear very high heels and can walk and be comfortable in all nite and day long . what can i do pls ?
