How Can Anklebone Pain On Pressure Due To Injury Be Treated?

I was hit with hockey puck on inner ankle bone about 1 month ago and feel pain when applying direct pressure on the bone. I only feel the pain when wearing my hockey skates while playing hockey as the skate boot puts pressure on the bone. What sort of treatment would you recommend for this?
