How Can Antisynthetases Be Treated?

I have antisynthetases which has attacked my lungs and basically my whole body. I am having problems finding a physician that actually knows about this disease. I need to lose weight. I gained 55 pounds I. The last 2 1/2 years due to the medications and the inability to exercise like I used to. Is water exercise the best thing for me?
