Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be more of neurological.as you had mentioned about a blown overhead, you can once go for an
MRI brain to rule out any trauma, tumors, bleed etc. but don’t worry as the chance of a clear MRI is very very high.
Regarding
chest pain, please observe the following:
1) go for an ECG. It would rule out any cardiac problems. 2) it’s better to consult a physician and have his opinion after the above test.
The following are some of the suggestions that I give to my patients who visit my clinic with similar complaints:
1) the most important thing is to keep
stress under control. I know it’s easier to preach than to practice.
2) here are a few tips
a) daily exercise.
yoga has an edge
b)
meditation for at least 5-10 min daily. c) the best stress buster is a family get together and dinner at least 1 day in a week.
d) solving maths puzzles and crossword puzzles would help refresh the brain. Just try the above for 1 week. You’ll see a change. But do not neglect your chest pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
