I am a female, 34 years old, weight 61kgs.I am facing some emotional problems. Due to which i have negative thoughts. I get upset very easily and feel like sitting alone and crying. I am unable to sleep properly at night. I am suffering from anxiety and depression. I also get panic attacks sometimes. Other than these psychological issues i have no health related issues. A friend suggested me to use Hapicit-e 10mg. If it is suitable for me then please suggest how many tablets and for how long. If not then Please suggest some antidepressants to me. I am a mother of kids under 12 years age.
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM I have read and understood your concern Hapicit-e(Citalopram) is a very good antidepressant that may help to control your symptoms. However, i will advise you see a Psychiatrist for evaluation before you start with the drug as you will need regular follow-ups and dose adjustments if need be. As for the dosage of Hapicit-e, daily doses of 20 to 400mg are generally prescribed to manage drpression. Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns Wish you good health
