General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HCM

Since you are experiencing impulsivity and mood problems while on Welbutrin, I recommend adding a mood stabilizer like lithium to your treatment regime. The lithium can be started at 300 mg and slowly dose can be increased to 1200 mg as needed. Please be advised to follow up with your psychiatrist to discuss getting on Lithium.

Hope this answers your question
Please let me know if you need further clarification
