I have battled with depression and anxiety my whole life but I fear that there is something taking over me mentally but i don t know what my symptoms/actions mean. So in other words I have a lot of things going on with me mentally and it s starting to affect my everyday life and my relationships and I want to get at least an idea of what may be wrong so I have some things to suggest to my doctors

Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. You will mostly need anxiolytic and anti depressant drugs too. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
