How Can Anxiety And Stress Be Managed?

Hi.. Im jc.. I wanna have a consult regarding my anxiety. Because i always worrying about anything .. And i always feel nervous when i go to work... My anxiety increases when the stress goes on... I have this problem since i was a kid...and i dont know how to deal with it... Could you please help me with this? I dont have enough money to consult here in our nearest hospital because i know having a consult in a psychiatrist is too expensive, so i chose online..
