How Can Anxiety Be Managed?

I cleaned my mirror with Lysol disinfectant spray. Right after, I went to have some hot cocoa and dipped my finger in the powder, and then licked it off my finger. I tasted the Lysol and spit some of it out but I also swallowed some off my finger. I am currently having an anxiety attack
