Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

There are various ways to treat anxiety. If anxiety is not severe enough and not interfering with your day to day functioning then you do not require any medications. Just prepare a proper time table and follow it. Regular exercise, meditation, proper sleep hygiene will do. If anxiety is severe enough then you may require consulting a psychiatrist and some anti-anxiety pills. Besides, some relaxation therapy and cognitive therapy will help you a lot.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
