How Can Anxiety Be Treated?

I have anxiety sometimes so the doctor prescribed two forms of medications, sertraline and buspirone. Is there something else I can take that will not have bad side affects? And only take 1 pill a day. My e-mail is YYYY@YYYY . Thank you

itis psychological problem can take counseling from clinical psychologist. yoga and meditation may helpyou raise your self confidence to over come it. can consult naturopathy expert for counseling if noimprovment then youhave to depend on drugs.
