How Can Appetite Loss And Stomach Discomfort Be Treated?

Hi! I gave myself an enema yesterday to help with my constipation. And it went fine, but today I have lost my appetite, my stomach is rock hard and it is very uncomfortable, and when I push down where my colon and large intestine should be I feel bubbles. I was wondering if this was normal or a serious medical problem That I need to see a doctor about.
