How Can Appetite Loss And Vomiting In A Child Be Treated?

Hi, my son is 10 month old, he was from diheria, when he was 5 month old, but after diheria he stop taking milk, after the suggestion from doc. We started to give him solid food mixed with milk. But now he stop taking solid things and also when he ate certain things he start vomiting and he normally vomit one or two times day and also he is also having loose motion. The doctor gave us domel, zincite od, entamoziole, is that working plz guide me, his weight is 10kg

Hi,

I went through the history and would really like to rule out lactose intolerance . You need to find the specific cause of diarrhea either with stool samples or on the basis of the food consumed .
Once we have the diagnosis we can treat accordingly and avoid all foods to which may be the child is intolerant.
