How Can Appetite Loss, Vomiting And Abnormal Blood Sugar Levels Be Treated?

i recently stopped smoking pot and now i dont have any appetite and have been throwing up because my blood sugar gets messed up from not eating but its like eating on a full stomach i never get hungry and it is hard to make myself eat i dont know if the two are related i also have had plenty of stress lately but diabetes runs in my family and so does cancer etc. what could this be? help!

cannot say in your particular case BUT
marijuana withdrawal often has some (temporary) loss of apetite and also (less temporary... longer lasting) depression. Would not expect a HIGH sugar from not eating but rather a low sugar.
In any case, some anti-depressants stimulate appetite and of course also treat depression. Problems like feeling bad and mild/mod health problems are a strong reason to not smoke marijuana. Indeed, smoking it while having bad effects from it is pretty much the definition of addiction.
