How Can Arthritis, Fatigue And Tingling In The Legs Be Treated?

I have a friend at work who has joint pain, arthritis, numbness and tingling in her legs, pain in her hips and legs, redness and swelling in both eyes, neuropathy in her feet, a rash on her wrists, fatigue after a few hours at work, rosacea, trouble walking after a few hours. She feels all around miserable and she has seen a family doctor and gone to the emergency room to be tested for Lyme disease (negative). She can t get an appointment with a neurologist of her choice until December in Rhode Island. All of her friends at work are very concerned. What should she do? She has seen her family physician and the doctor suggested she see a neurologist. Her symptoms seem very severe and troublesome. She is 56 years old.
