I m 46, i woke up with a kink in my neck and back. i do have a little arthritis in my hand joints and carpal tunnel there as well. i ve had this kink in my back once before where i can t look down without pulling terribly on my back. same as this time but now if i get up to walk anywhere my arms and hands start to tingle and feel numb. i want to say it hurts but i think its mostly more of an intense tingling. my chest gets tight along with my back and feel like i have to breathe deeply. but as soon as i sit down or lift my arms onto a table or shopping cart all of it goes away. i did have a heart attack last january 2016 one stent placed. it doesn t feel the same though. Plus, it would be getting worse and it just stays about the same. i have Diabetes type 2 and overweight. going on a cruise with my kids in 3 weeks. what is this and can i fix it?
