How Can Astigmatism With Focus Problems Be Treated?

Three years ago had cataracts done on both eyes. Short sighted and astigmatism from birth now 71. Sometimes on waking fro a nap in front of tv eyes seem slow to refocus. This only happens in thie situation described and normal daytodaysight fine. My sight now not short sighted. Both eyes not quite the same as far as adjustment is concerned. Yearly eye exams always fine

after cataract surgery one loss is accommodation. you have to live with it. you have to adjust it by your head movement. you can go for a multifocal lens. can overcome it by practice.
