Hello dear
I understand your concern
Athelete's foot is caused by fungal infection.
I would suggest to consult dermatologist and undergp clinical examination to confirm cause.
Following treatment will help you
Wash foot thoroughly by warm water and antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine, twice daily.
Tablet of terbinafine for 4-6 weeks.
Apply clotrimazole cream twice daily for 4-6 weeks.
Tablet cetrizine at bed time if itching
Avoid sweating in the area by applying clotrimazole powder
Avoid wearing shoes for long duration
Kindly use a good soap and warm water to wash your stockings
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you
