How Can Atopic Dermatitis Be Treated?

my father has a rash that is spreading and other doctors told him it was atopic dermatitis. he s been using cream and taking a pill every day, but it isn t going away, so he stopped using the cream. I know it takes a month or so to go away, but I m not sure what s wrong
