had an ablation done by dr. Andrea Natale on june 16 of this year for Afib, 4 weeks after, went into A flutter, just had a cardioversion done 2 days ago august 16....im back in sinus rhythm....i enjoy running , cycling, and swimming....and coffee.....my question is what is the best approach to make my chances of staying in sinus....post cardioversion?
