Dear user
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
I went through your details. I do understand. the symptoms like manic episode, obsessive thoughts and behavior etc do correspond to bi-polar disorder. A person with autism spectrum complaints and bi-polar disorder do need expert treatment by a psychiatrist and neurologist. Do not delay, if you delay the condition may worsen.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.
