How Can Back Injury Pain Due To Gap Reduction Be Treated?

Good afternoon doctor
Before 10 yrs my brother fallen from top of tree and his back born got seriously affected.That is back born gap got redused and as per instruction of doctor , informed to take bed rest for i year with a support of belt.But he had only tacken rest for two months and he feeled so well and hoped everything got normal. But before one year he got pain little by little .so he met doctor but couldnt get any remedy and also he met several doctors but no benefit at all.

So let me hear a best way of treatment for the same
