How Can Back Pain Be Treated?

I lifted my granddaughter and hurt my back on the right side. This is day four and I am not feeling much better. Is it best to do exercises for back pain? A heating pad feels good but when I stop using it, the pain is back. I have alternated between tylenol and advil without much benefit. I am looking for the best plan of action. Thank you, Laura

May i know your age please? I will suggest you do not start on any back exercise as it will make the pain worse. I'll get back to you after you've answered with your age.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
