How Can Back Pain, Leg And Shin Pain With Spondylosis Be Treated?

I have spondylosis I have actute lower back pain and also pain in the lower front part of my shin in the left leg. Is there anything that can be done to eliviate the constant pain I am suffering I have to take lots of pain killers as well as anti inflamitory medication , I suffer with chrones disease so taking all the medication is making me feel quite ill as is the pain I am suffering
