How Can Back Spasms With Pain Due To Spinal Problems Be Treated?

I have a ct scan report that says At the L4 L5 level there is noticeable disc space narrowing. There is marked degenerative endplate narrowing seen both in the superior endplate of L5 and inferior endplate of L4.. there is diffuse posterior bulging of the intervertebral disc. The overall dimensions of the central spinal canal at this level still appears to be within normal limits. There does not appear to be any significant foraminal stenosis. At the L5/S1 level, there appears to be a left paracentral disc bulge. This disc bulge abuts up to the origin of the S1 nerve root. there does not appear to be any central spinal canal. I am a Hair stylist and I have constant pain. It is like a nerve gets pinched when i do any movement forward. My back is always in spasm mode. I don't have to do anything and it spasms. It is like something catches in my back.. Hope you have advice because i'm sick and tired of being in pain with sharp pain and back spasms. Any Ideas or suggestions?
