How Can Backache And Constipation During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi I m currently 18 weeks pregnant with now my 4th child and for about a week now my lower right side of my back is literally locking up. I can t seem to wiggle a pop out because it hurts too bad to even more a muscle and one wrong turn and it feels like my muscles would disconnect from each other. I ve been taking warn baths, tried a hearing pad, and I ve always stretched but no help

Hi, I think you can take some calcium supplements for backache. Take a glass of warm milk with isabgula husk at night to relieve constipation. You can take some stool softener like syrup lactulose at night. You can apply some ointment containing diclofenac over your back to relieve the pain. Hope it helps.
