hi sir/mam,chronic ear pain occurs in the following conditions :
1)otitis media chronic or acute(inflammation of external auditory canal)
2)otitis externa
3)temperomandibular joint dysfunction
4)retropharyngeal tumours
5)tumours of angle of jaw
6)parotid gland tumours

a specific diagnosis can be made only with a thorough examination by an expert ENT doctor.kindly book a consultation for an appropriate treatment.for the time being, pain relief can be achieved by NSAIDs like ibuprofen(avoid taking it if you have any kidney disease).hope you understand the importance of examination in person.any further queries, please let me know.its my pleasure to help you.thank you.take care.bye.
