How Can Ball Of Foot Pain Be Treated?

I have had a problem with fallen arches for about ten years now. Ihad some insoles made especially and they worked. In the last three to four months the ball of my foot has become very painfull and I find it vey diffcult to walk. Have you any idea what my problem might be?
