How Can Biceps And Quads Numbness Be Treated?

I had a tbi from hit and run 2000 I fell in June 2010 went out and had seizure (i did have them before this and have meds for them) now I have numbness in bicpes and quads and and I am being told by dr "==these are werid smyptoms and they dont seem to want to do anything about them.. What can I do I desperate as everything is getting worse! Sebastian
