Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Good evening. I have blister-like bumps on the bottom of and in between 3 of my toes. My second toe, has a purplish blister that s about the size of a toenail (on the bottom). These do not itch. They are painful. When I got out of the shower, it seemed as if these blisters had centers. I do not have diabetes. I m 33 year old female and do wear shoes without socks. I ve had this issue for 2 days and have used both Gold Bold cream and Blue Star Ointment with no change. Thoughts on what this could be or what I could do to treat?
The skin lesions that you have could be due to some insect bite, or it could be due to some dermatological condition and third it can be skin infection "Staphylococcus" is likely.
I would suggest to apply "silversulphadiazine" cream and oral analgesic or anti-inflammatory medicine can be tried (Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen ). Abscess need to be ruled out.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
