How Can Blisters On The Hands Be Treated?

I accidentally fell asleep with a hand warmer over the 4th of July, It blistered immediately they were about a size of a Nickle and a quarter. I covered it with burn ointment and gauze pads. Now it really red around the burns and in one it s turning green it hurts pretty significantly when touched. Is it infected or is it still healing?

dear
burn wound if painful associated with blisters are first degree.we advise a regular burn heal dressing or silverex ointment can be applied over.we can have a analgesic anti-inflammatory for the pain.more over greenish look might lead to a secondary infections, plz do consult your physician as you might need antibiotics aswell.
please also add a little bit of extra protien and more fluids in your diet.
hope this helps.
