How Can Blisters On The Upper Back And Buttocks Be Treated?

My 3 yr old daughter recently developed blisters on her upper back and buttocks which developed into sores of about a week duration. they are itchy and painful. There was history of mild fever which was relieved by acetaminophen. She also complains of abdominal pain which occurs around the umbilical region but it is not affected by food. There s occasional relief with defecation. What is the probable diagnosis?
