Hi,

As per your query, you have symptoms of the blocked ear which seems to be due to eustachian tube dysfunction, ear wax accumulation, ear infection and could be due to post nasal drip. I would suggest you take steam twice a day to relieve the congestion.

- Do warm saline gargles.
- Avoid cold carbonated beverages and oily, sharp and spicy food.
- Apply dry hot compresses to the external ear and put ofloxacin ear drops.

Consult ENT specialist again to rule out causes like an ear infection. The doctor may prescribe mucolytic agent, decongestant and antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
