How Can Blood Clots In Ear Be Treated?

Hi doctor, just two days ago i was cleaning ear wax from my 3 yrs old daughter and accidently i injured the wall of the ear and little blood came out. Now the blood is clotted and little yellowish fluid is also visible. Is this something should i worry about and go to the doc?
Thanks!
