How Can Blood Pressure Level Be Kept Under Control?

fist of all i type very slow. I have ext high BP. Hospitalize in crises. Im very anxious and panic alot. Ive haved test done and they say its stress. The medicine makes me feel blaa, Im a very active person and cant function and enjoy ADL. Im 66yo, depressed and unhappy I take Norvase5mg, Losartan Potassium 1oomg and metoprolol 50mg bid.My BP is causing me kidey problems.avagerages No matter what I do my BP averages 230/120.

Hi,

You can take Ltk-H. Measure the BP regularly and take advice from your physician. Take low salt diet do exercise regularly don't stress yourself enjoy your day. Do yoga and pranayama in the morning. Do meditate in the morning.
